Roll Stock
Laminated film supplied on rolls and slit to your machine's web width. The pack is formed, filled and sealed on your own line. Because there is no separate converting step this carries the lowest cost per pack — but you need a form-fill-seal machine.
Right when: volume is high and the machine is already in place.
Pouches
Bags already formed and sealed in our factory, so all you do is fill and close them. This is the route for brands that fill by hand or use a co-packer. Four formats are available, each with a different character and cost.

Sacks
Above a few kilograms, ordinary laminated film starts to struggle. A woven polypropylene sack laminated with printed BOPP film gives the tensile strength for heavy loads together with a full-colour printable surface.
Right when: the load is 5 kg or more, or the contents are bulk material.

Reclosable after opening. Available as standard, press-to-close, and slider.
A small notch on the seal so the pack opens without scissors, and tears straight.
A clear window that shows the product. Shape and position follow your artwork.
Elements visible only under UV light — for verifying that a pack is genuine.
A raised or glossy effect on a chosen area — usually the logo — for a premium feel.
Euro-slot, round, three-dot or sock hole — matched to the racking in your retail channel.

Absorbs reflection and makes colour read deeper. Suits coffee and artisan products.
A velvet-like texture in the hand. Can be combined with a raised 3D effect on chosen areas.

Frequently asked questions
Our MOQ is among the lowest available for rotogravure, and the figure changes with the format, size and material structure. Send us your pack specification and we will quote the MOQ that applies to that combination — usually well below what you would expect for rotogravure.
For a new design the clock starts once the artwork is approved, because the gravure cylinders have to be engraved first. For a repeat order on the same design the cylinders already exist, so it is much faster. Contract orders are scheduled in advance, so the delivery date is fixed.
Yes — this is what we mean by our colour guarantee. The colour you approve on the proof becomes the reference we keep on file, and every subsequent run is measured against that reference rather than against an operator's memory.
Yes. Our in-house design team works from concept through to print-ready files, including colour separation and dieline adjustment. If you already have a design from another designer, we can also prepare it for rotogravure production.
Send a vector file — AI, EPS or PDF — with all text outlined and any images placed at a minimum of 300 dpi at final print size. Use CMYK colour mode and mark any spot colours separately.
It comes down to three things: how sensitive your product is to oxygen and moisture, the shelf life you are targeting, and whether the pack will run through a hot filling line. Tell us all three when you request a quote and we will recommend a structure.
Yes. For frozen products we use a structure with a seal layer that stays flexible at low temperature, usually LLDPE-based, so the seal does not crack when the pack is handled frozen.
Yes. We hold halal certification for food-contact packaging, alongside ISO 9001:2015 and TKDN registration with the Ministry of Industry.
Ten. Each colour runs on its own gravure cylinder, so ten colour units means ten separate colours — enough for four process colours plus six spot colours, metallic effects, or an opaque white.
Yes, throughout Indonesia. Freight is calculated separately based on weight, volume and destination, and is itemised on the quotation.
